2009 Atlanta Calendar Contest
 

Mommy Moments childcare staffing service, is proud to announce its 2nd annual calendar contest in partnership with Glamour Shots Photography Studio.  Once again, we are seeking 12 dynamic moms from the Atlanta metropolitan area to feature in our calendar publication.  Proceeds from advertisements will go to sponsoring moms in cancer treatment with free in-home childcare through our 501 (c ) 3 non-profit organization
Special Moms, Special Challenges.

This full color, 12 month calendar will capture Atlanta moms in each of their unique moments.  From blogging, sipping tea, playing tennis, or even sleeping, we still believe every mom deserves a moment.  Winners will again be photographed with their children. 

We are producing 10,000 calendars, which will be free of charge to the public.  Calendars will once again be available in various retail establishments, grocery stores, physician offices, bookstores, spas, hotels, mom and children specialty stores.  Churches and other organizations have also requested to distribute calendars again.

If you or someone you know, would like to enter the 2009 Mommy Moments – Atlanta, simply email us your digital photo and tell us about your “moment” in 100 words or less.  Upon being selected, an appointment with Glamour Shots will be scheduled and winners will also receive a $25.00 Visa Gift Card.  Additionally, Glamour Shots is giving $50.00 discounts for simply mentioning Mommy Moments.

Contest Rules

  1. Contestants must be a U.S. legal resident.
  2. Contestants must be 18 years or older.
  3. Must have digital photo submitted no later than May 31, 2009.
  4. Description of Mommy Moment must be 100 words or less.
  5. Winners will be required to show a picture ID, sign Model/Publicity Release Forms for self and child or children.
  6. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Mommy Moments, photographer, participating sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to the contestant's participation in the contest or being selected and are not liable for any damages out of acceptance and publishing of calendar, including liability for personal injury and/or death. By entering into this promotion participants agree to be bound by these rules and decision of Mommy Moments which are bounding in all respects.
  7. All entries become the property of Mommy Moments and will not be acknowledged or returned.
  8. By participating in contest, winners agree to allow Mommy Moments to use winners name, pictures and likeness within calendar, on television and in any other form of media for promotional purposes without consent or compensation.
  9. Mommy Moments is not responsible for any illegible, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any telecommunications, mail, or Internet malfunctions.
