So Who Are
the Sitters? Our Sitters have a
long list of qualifications to work with you and your family.
Each Sitter is a professional experienced
childcare provider. Additionally, each has
submitted to a criminal background check and participated in
our Sitter Boot Kamp.
What exactly do they
do? They come ready to provide
child-care, run errands, they even do light meal
preparations.
Do your Sitters work with sick
children? They sure do! We understand that
it's often best to keep a child at home to recover from minor
aches and pains. Belly aches, and colds often keep children
home from school and daycare. We can provide the assistance
you need while your child mends.
I have a special needs child, will they
provide child-care for him? To ensure that
each child receives the best childcare appropriate, we
sometimes have to recommend caregivers that concentrate on
particular needs. Assessments are made on individual
basis.
What type of notice do you
need? We focus on short-term request.
We ask that you call us at least 72 hours in advance.
Our rates change with shorter notice.
Ok, what about
multiplies? How many caregivers per
child?
We suggest no more than 3 children per sitter. However,
with infants we sometimes suggest more.
I'm pregnant and would
like to line up care now. Can I
pre-register?
We occasionally have sitters who are available for long-term
assignments. We ask that you call to inquire.
Is it possible for a Sitter to meet
me at the hospital and accompany me home
once I'm
discharged? If available, absolutely!
I also plan on breastfeeding. Do you have
lactation specialist available? We have
referrals available for you. |
